B. Briefing

We plan a personal interview. For instance, this usually starts with a chat about the environment, background, nice cars, travels, and experiences. A mood board helps visualise ideas and preferences. By sharing knowledge and experiences, we get deeper layer by layer. Eventually, this creates a complete picture of how somebody moves daily and his preferences for living.

C. Financial

After the briefing, we must decide and estimate a target budget. Our fee is based on segmented parts and the total project amount. Keep in mind that a good design will always retain its value. When we agreed based on our quotation, the creative process started.

D. Creative Process

We begin the discovery process by coordinating inside and outside styles, dimensions, colour, function, and space to combine attractively and practically. We frequently noticed that we developed ideas that the customers hadn’t considered. This is where the first value from our team intervention starts. The process is split into 2 segments. 1) Concept design, a first rough sketch, followed by 2) a preliminary design with a beautiful composition as a result.

E. Final Design and Tender

If we agree on the preliminary design, we can carefully finish the total design and the necessary tender specifications. This includes scope, finance, materials, lead times, disciplines, planning, etc.

F. Construction

Start construction and coordination. The design is only half of the execution. We will be very keen on the construction phase if our ideas are realised. Good appointments with contractors based on quality, performance, design appearance, and finance are crucial to the result.

G. Delivery and Project Transfer

The project transfer and delivery are always memorable and exciting moments, and the result only counts.

This depends on the project and the assistance needed. We agree and specify this within stage 3.

Stages A and E can take an estimated 6-8 weeks.
